本文简要介绍快速测定农药及其它环境污染物的酶免疫分析技术。分析所需时间从几分钟到几小时,检测灵敏度从毫微克级(10^(-9)克)到微微克级(10^(12)克)。分析程序简单,操作容易,费用低,因此正在被引入办公室,甚至个人家庭中使用。
This article briefly introduces several rapid enzyme-immunological techniques for the detection of pesticides and other environmental contaminants. Reported analysis procecures time range from minutes to hours and, have sensitivities of detecting nanograms (10^(=9)g) and, in some cases, picogram (10^(-12)g)of hazardous chemicals, Enzymeimmunological techniques offer simple, rapid and inexpensive procedures for analysis of hazardous chemicals. Therefore, the procedures are now being conducted in oifice and even in private families.
