摘要
阐述了国内外关于农作物中农药残留的主要分析及检测技术 ,分析农药残留检测的发展趋势 ,认为生物技术与仪器分析相结合的方向将成为主流。
In this article the latest analysis and measurement technique of the pesticide remains in crop was reviewed. The tendency of measuring the pesticide residue was analyzed and the dominating method of combining biological technique with chemical apparatus to measure the pesticide residue was showed.
