摘要
以黄瓜为试材 ,介绍一种速测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留方法 ,结果表明 ,该方法对敌敌畏、氧化乐果、甲胺磷的回收率分别是 97.78% ,70 .5 0 %和 86 .0 0 % ;标准偏差 0 .0 37,多次平行测定变异系数为 3 .7% ,小于4% ,可以满足半定量分析的要求 .
A rapid method for determining organophosphopus pesticide residues in vegetable products was introduced in this paper.With cucumber as the tested material,the results showed that the recovery of this method on dichlorvos,oxidimethoate,methamidophos was 97.78%,70.50% and 86.00%;The standard deviation was 0.037,the comparatively standard variance was 3.7%,less than 4%,which can satisfy the need of analysis of rough dection.
