葡萄枝条提取物中多酚物质含量及其抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以冬季修剪的一年生葡萄枝条为试材,测定了3个品种的葡萄枝条中总酚、总黄酮、单宁以及没食子酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素、咖啡酸、阿魏酸和对香豆酸的含量,其中单宁的含量最高。研究了3个品种葡萄藤茎提取液对DPPH自由基的清除能力,结果表明,品种间的差异性显著,且自由基的清除能力与总酚、总黄酮及单宁的含量均呈正相关性。 The 1-year-old grapevine cane pruned away in winter was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of polyphenol. The contents of total phenols, total flavone, tannins, gallic acid, catechin, epicatechin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, p-coumatic acid of 3 grape varieties were determined. All the samples showed significant difference between varieties and the tannin content was the highest among all the components. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of the grapevine cane extracts was also studied. The results indicated that the scavenging activity had positive correlation with the contents of total phenols, total flavone and tannin.
