摘要
目的观察替米沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将123例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予替米沙坦及卡维地洛治疗,对照组单用替米沙坦治疗。结果治疗组及对照组的总有效率分别为88.1%和76.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后心功能各项测量指标与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后心功能各项测量指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合卡维地洛对改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能明显优于单用替米沙坦,是安全有效的。
Objective To observe the effects of combined treatment with telmisarta tablets and carvedilol tablets on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods One hundred and twenty-three chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups. While treated with conventional treatment, treatment group were treated telmis- arta tablets combined with carvedilol tablets, control group treated by using relmisarata rablets only. Results The total effective rate of both groups were 88.1% for the treatment group and 76.8% for the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Measure of cardiac function after treatment in both groups compared with before treatment, there were significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, there were s!gnificant differences in the measure of car- diac function after treatment between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment with telmisarta tablets and carvedilol tablets can significantly improve curative effect on chronic congestive heart failure. The combined treat- ment is superior to telmisarata tablets only, and it is safe and effective.
