摘要
目的:观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)联合参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将84例CHF患者随机分为对照组、观察组各42例。对照组采用ACEI、ARB治疗:卡托普利6.25 mg/次,3次/d;美托洛尔6.25 mg/次,3次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参松养心胶囊,4粒/次,口服,3次/d。2组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前与治疗后4周、6个月、12个月患者NYHA心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室末舒张直径(LVDD)、6分钟行走距离。结果:治疗后4周、6个月、12个月2组LVEF值、LVDD值、6分钟行走距离等指标相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACEI、ARB联合参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭可改善LVEF值、LVDD值、6分钟行走距离等。
Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of ACEI, ARB and ShenSong YangXin capsule in the treatment of congestive heart failure （CHF）. Method： Eighty-four patients were randomized into control group and observation group on average. Control group took ACEI and ARB： captopril, once 6.25 mg, three times per day; metoprolol, once 6.25mg, three times per day. Based on the treatment given to control group, observation group received ShenSong YangXin capsule orally, four pills once, three times per day. One session was four weeks for both groups. NYHA classification, LVEF, LVDD and six-minute walking distance of patients were observed before treating and at the fourth week, sixth month and twelfth month after treating. Result： Comparison between both groups at the fourth week, sixth month and twelfth month after treating demonstrated differences in LVEF, LVDD, six-minute walking distance and other indexes and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ACEI, ARB and ShenSong YangXin capsule can improve LVEF, LVDD, six-minute walking distance and others in treating congestive heart failure.
