参附注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响 被引量:15

Effect of ShenFu Injection on Levels of BNP,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in Serum of Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

摘要 目的:观察参附注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清B型脑利钠肽(BNP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法:将160例符合纳入标准的CHF患者随机分为观察组、对照组各80例。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组同时给予参附注射液。2组均于治疗前、后抽取静脉血测定血清中BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6含量。结果:2组心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅲ级患者BNP、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平治疗后均明显改善,治疗前后组内相比差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后组间相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平,心功能越差效果越明显。 Objective: To observe effect of ShenFu injection on levels ofBNP, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF). Method: A total of 160 cases were assigned into observation group and control group randomly. Both groups received symptomatic treatment. Observation group were administered with ShenFu injection, once each day. Contents of BNP, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were detected before and after treating. Result: Levels of BNP, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of patients of cardiac function class Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅲ improved remarkably after treating, comparison within one group showed notable difference before and after treating (P 〈0.05), comparison after treating between both groups suggested significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: ShenFu injection can improve levels of serum BNP, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 of patients with CHF, the worst cardiac function was, the more evident curative effects was.
