联麦氧钒对自发性高血压大鼠血压和肿瘤坏死因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨联麦氧钒对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及对肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法 自发性高血压大鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为两组 ,观察组饮水中加入联麦氧钒 ,以血压和肿瘤坏死因子为测量指标。结果 观察组血压和肿瘤坏死因子均降低。结论 联麦氧钒可降低自发性高血压大鼠的血压 ,可能机制之一是降低肿瘤坏死因子 ,改善胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Bis (Maltolato)oxovanadium(BMOV) on spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)and tumor necrosis factor α.Methods 24 SHRs were randomly divided into two groups: BMOV and control group.The major indexes:blood pressure,tumor necrosis factor α.Results Bis (Maltolato) oxovanadium could reduce the blood pressure sharply and tumor necrosis factor α.Conclusions BMOV could reduce the high blood pressure by reducing tumor necrosis factor α and ameliorating the insulin resistance.
