摘要
目的研究中药天南星提取液对人肺癌A549细胞的体外增殖抑制作用。方法采用MTT法测定天南星醇提液和天南星水提取液对人肺癌A549细胞的增殖抑制率,考察敏感最低药物浓度,并计算半数抑制率IC50。结果 24、48、72h的天南星醇提液和水提液对A549细胞均有不同程度的增殖抑制作用,且呈现出一定的时间-剂量依赖性。天南星醇提液敏感的最低药物浓度为3.9μg/mL,IC50为64.46μg/mL,天南星水提液敏感的最低药物浓度为15.6μg/mL,IC50为133.5μg/mL。结论天南星醇提液和水提液对人肺癌A549细胞均有一定的增殖抑制作用,天南星醇提液抑制作用更为明显。
Objective To study the inhibition function of traditional Chinese medicine araceae extractions on human lung cancer A549 cells in vitro. Methods MTr assay was used to determined the inhibition rate of the araceae alcohol and water extractions on human lung cancer A549 cell proliferation, the lowest sensitive drug concentration was inves- tigated, the half inhibition rate （ICs0） was calculated. Results The 24, 48 and 72 h arisaema alcohol and water extrac- tions had different levels proliferation inhibition on A549 ceils and also showed a time-dose-dependent. The minimum sensitive drug concentration of araceae alcohol extractions was 3.9 Ixg/mL, ICs0 was 64.46 Ixg/mL. The lowest sensitive drug concentration of water alcohol extract was 15.6 Ixg/mL. IC5o was133.5 Ixg/mL. Conclusion Arisaema alcohol and water extractions both have the inhibition effect on human lung A549 cells cancer proliferation and the alcohol extrac- tions is more effective.
