摘要
对天南星常用品种虎掌用星生、制品煎剂、浸剂等进行了小鼠自主活动的影响；对协同戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠作用及对戊四唑、士的宁抗惊厥作用的实验研究，结果证明虎掌南星生、制品浸剂有一定的镇静作用。对抗戊四唑惊厥有一定趋势，但对土的宁引起小鼠惊厥无任何对抗作用。

Pmelliae processed by differentmetheds.The results showed that of raw
Rhizoma Pinelliae and its infusion were equally sedative and had
anticonvul-sive effect against the convulsion caused by cardiazol,
but no anticonvulsion effect against that caued by strychnine.
