摘要
在对 12个经RT -PCR扩增后的cDNA片段进行克隆的工作中 ,讨论了影响克隆效率的几个因素 ,并对原有的部分克隆步骤作了优化 ,取得了对适当长度基因片段进行克隆的快速、简便的方法。
Several factors that influenced the recombination efficiency of the RT-PCR products were discussed.The length of the amplified cDNAs is one of principal factors that affected the clone efficiency.Some clone processes were also simplified in our work.This improved method of RT-PCR products cloning is most suitable for the amplified Cdnas that the length is within 1 kb.Used it,12 RT-PCR products were cloned conveniently nad quickly.
