高等真核细胞受极低频磁场作用后特异反应基因的克隆及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 极低频磁场(ELF MF)生物学效应的机理研究是当前生物电磁学中迫切需要解决的问题.为探索 ELF MF的特异反应基因及这些基因的结构与功能,用 mRNA差异显示技术(differentialdisplay, DD)对受ELF MF辐照与假辐照的Daudi细胞内的mRNA进行了检测,筛选到一个受ELF MF诱导表达的DD片段(>1kb),反向Northern及Northern鉴定进一步证实系磁场诱导所致.经克隆测序及与GeneBank同源性比较表明该基因片段(MF-CA)是人细胞中新发现的受磁场诱导的反应基因。
