高等真核细胞受极低频磁场作用后特异反应基因的克隆及鉴定 被引量：4

摘要 极低频磁场（ＥＬＦ ＭＦ）生物学效应的机理研究是当前生物电磁学中迫切需要解决的问题．为探索 ＥＬＦ ＭＦ的特异反应基因及这些基因的结构与功能，用 ｍＲＮＡ差异显示技术（ｄｉｆｆｅｒｅｎｔｉａｌｄｉｓｐｌａｙ， ＤＤ）对受ＥＬＦ ＭＦ辐照与假辐照的Ｄａｕｄｉ细胞内的ｍＲＮＡ进行了检测，筛选到一个受ＥＬＦ ＭＦ诱导表达的ＤＤ片段（＞１ｋｂ），反向Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ及Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ鉴定进一步证实系磁场诱导所致．经克隆测序及与ＧｅｎｅＢａｎｋ同源性比较表明该基因片段（ＭＦ－ＣＡ）是人细胞中新发现的受磁场诱导的反应基因。
