摘要
酚类化合物、多糖、蛋白质和未知次级代谢产物是影响植物组织ＲＮＡ提取的几个主要干扰因素。本文对它们在植物ＲＮＡ提取过程中的干扰作用、现象以及消除它们的一些方法进行了综述。
Phenolic compounds, polysacchrides, proteins and unidentified secondary metabolites are four main factors interfering the isolation of RNA from plant tissues. We described here that their interference, phenomena and methods for eliminating them.
