摘要
企业的存在以效率为前提 ,古典经济学对企业生产的解释始终贯穿着效率思想 ;在新古典经济理论中 ,企业被抽象为生产函数 ,为企业效率的考察提供了很大便利 ,但它以企业技术与制度因素的“固化”为前提 ;新制度经济学在企业效率的制度方面作了精辟论述 。
The firm exists under the prerequisite of efficiency.In the classical economics the firm is interpreted with the concept efficiency;in the new classical economics the firm is defined as production function,which brings much convenience but is under the changeless technological and institutional conditions;in the new institutional economics the firm is discussed incisively on the institutional aspect,and this makes the firm explained more wholly and profoundly.
