摘要技术效率作为一个经济学术语出现不过几十年的时间,由于其作为经济效率的重要部分,同时与全要素生产率有着密切的联系,国外对于技术效率的理论和经验研究层出不穷,而我国在这方面的研究相对较少。本文从技术效率及与之相伴的前沿面概念入手,从投入和产出角度分析了技术效率的度量,并介绍了用以评价技术效率最常用的数据包络方法和随机前沿分析法。 Technical efficiency(TE) has been a theoretical and empirical term in recent decades as its important relationship with economic efficiency and total factor productivity. The paper mainly introduces the theory of technical efficiency and production frontier which is accompanied with TE ,and the measurement of TE using input orientated model and output orientated model.The most popular methods adopted in evaluating TE, DEA and SFA are also presented in this paper.
