中小工业企业技术效率与全要素生产率增长实证研究——基于2003—2007年广东省微观面板数据和随机前沿模型的分析 被引量:4

摘要 基于2003—2007年广东省中小工业企业微观面板数据,运用超越对数形式的随机前沿生产函数估算其技术效率,并利用Malmquist指数研究其全要素生产率(TFP)增长及分解。实证结果显示,总体上,广东省中小工业企业的技术效率偏低,但呈现逐年增长的趋势;资本密集型行业的技术效率相对较高,劳动密集型行业的技术效率增长速度更快;TFP的年均增长率达到7.42%,其增长主要由技术效率变化和技术进步共同驱动,规模效率变化为负,其对整体TFP的增长有一定的抑制作用。 Based on a firm -level panel data of small and medium industrial enterprises (SMIEs) sector in Guangdong, China from 2003 to 2007, this paper employs the translog stochastic frontier production function to estimate the technical efficiency and the total factor productivity (TFP) of SMIEs. The results show that the technical efficiency of Guangdong' SMIEs is on the tow side, with a rising trend during 2003 - 2007. Comparing to labor - intensive industries, the technical efficiency of capital - intensive industries is higher, with a slower growth rate. The annual growth of TFP in Guangdong' SMIEs sector is as high as 7.42%. The improvement of technical efficiency and technical progress are two main sources of TFP growth, but the scale component slows the growth of TFP.
