摘要
运用超越对数形式的随机前沿生产函数，实证分析了2002—2006年湖北省农村中小企业的技术效率及其外生性影响因素。研究表明：2002-2006年，湖北省农村中小企业的平均技术效率水平为0．596，许多前沿技术并未得到有效普及和利用；企业所处经济环境、开办年数、规模与人力资本存量等与湖北省农村中小企业的技术效率水平呈正相关关系。
Adopting Stochastic Frontier Production Function in translog, this study aimed to empirically study the technical efficiency and its exogenous influencing factors of medium and small enterprises in the rural areas of Hubei Province during 2002 - 21306. The results showed that the average technical efficiency level of the medium and small enterprises in the rural areas of Hubei Province was 0.596, which indicated that many advanced technologies had not been widely popularized and utilized. The economic environment, operation duration, scale and human capital stock of the enterprises were positively correlated with the technical efficiency level of the medium and small enterprises in the rural areas of Hubei Province.
