北京地区养殖鱼类来源嗜水气单胞菌耐药性研究 被引量:7

Study on the Antibiotic Resistance in Aeromonas Hydrophila Isolated from Diseased Fish in Beijing

摘要 为揭示北京地区养殖鱼体嗜水气单胞茵的病理学特征以指导科学用药,利用K—B纸片法研究从北京地区养殖鱼体分离得到的29株嗜水气单胞茵(A.hydrophila)R20种抗茵药物的耐药性。结果发现29株嗜水气单胞菌对青霉素类产生耐药率100.00%,对磺胺类、头孢霉素类和四环素类耐药率分别为69.00%、58.60%和41.40%,对大环内酯类、喹诺酮类和氨基糖苷类耐药率分别为27.60%、24.10%和24.10%。同时,嗜水气单胞茵对20种抗茵药物也呈现不同程度的多重耐药性,100.00%的茵对3种抗菌药物产生耐药性,41.40%的茵对5种抗茵药物产生耐药性,13.80%的茵对9种抗茵药物耐药。结论:患病鱼体嗜水气单胞茵对阿奇霉素、新霉素和妥布霉素敏感。 To explore the drug resistance characteristics of Aeromonas Hydrophila in breeding fish, the present study isolated 29 strains of A. Hydrophila from breeding fish in Beijing, China, and then assessed their tolerance to 20 antimicrobial agents by K-B diffusion method. The results showed that all of these .4. Hydrophila have been resistant to penicillin, while 69.00%, 58.60%, 41.40% to sulfonamides, cephalosporins, and tetracycline, and 27.60%, 24 10% and 24.10% to macrolides, quinolones and aminoglycosides, respectively. Furthermore, these A. Hydrophila showed significant multi-drug resistanaaces to 20 antimicrobial agents, the multiantibiotic resistance index was 100.00% to 3 antimicrobial agents, 41.40% to 5 antimicrobial agents, and 13.80% to 9 antimicrobial agents. The conclusion from the present study can be drawn that the A. Hydrophila isolated fi'om fish was more sensitive to azithromycin, neomycin, and tobramycin.
