摘要
摘[目的]了解嗜水气单胞菌的耐药性。[方法]从不同水生动物体内分离、鉴定出120株嗜水气单胞菌,采用纸片扩散法研究其对18种药物的耐药性。[结果]120株嗜水气单胞菌对阿米卡星和多西环素的耐药性较低,而对其他药物的耐药性均较强,其中,对p内酰胺类药物的耐药率为38%~90%;氨基糖苷类药物中,嗜水气单胞菌对阿米卡星的耐药率小于100k,而对其他药物的耐药性均较强;其他类药物中,对多西环素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星的耐药率小于50%,而对其余药物的耐药率均在50%~77%〈之间;嗜水气单胞菌对阿米卡星、多西环素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星的中介率较高。[结论]水生动物嗜水气单胞菌对抗菌药物具有较强的耐药性。
[Objective] The study was to understand the drug resistance of Aeromonas hydrophila. [Method] 120 swains Aeromonas hydrophila were iso-ated and identified from different aquatic animal body, and their drug resistance on 18 kinds of drugs were studied through disc diffusion method. [Resuit] The drug resistance of 120 strains Aeromonas hydropbila on amikacin and doxycycline were lower, but their drug resistance on other drugs were all stronger, the drug resistance rates of Aeromonas hydrophila on 13-1actam drugs were 38% - 90%. Among aminoglycoside drugs, the drug resistance rates of Aerornonas hydrophila on amikacin was lower than 10%, but their drug resistance rates on other drugs were all stronger. Among other drugs, the drug resistance rates of Aeromonas hydrophila on doxycycline, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin were all lower than 50%, but their drug resistance rates on other drugs were 50% - 77%. The intermediate rates of Aeromonas hydrophila on amikacin, doxycycline, ciprefloxacin and ofloxacin were all higher. [ Conclusionl The Aeromonas hydrophila in aquatic animal body had stronger drug resistance on antibiotics.
