摘要
采用纸片扩散法研究2013年从江西不同地区和水生动物体内分离、鉴定出的26株嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila对27种抗生素的敏感性。结果表明:嗜水单胞菌对氨基糖苷类、氟喹诺酮类的敏感性最强,达到85%~100%,其中对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星100%敏感;对青霉素类的耐药性较强,耐药率73%~100%,但对第三代头孢较为敏感;对磺胺类药物耐药率92%~100%。
A paper diffusion method was used to study the sensitivity of 26 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila and Ah to 27 kinds of antibiotics in different regions and aquatic animals of Jiangxi. The results show that the Aeromonas hydrophila to the aminoglycosides、the fluoroquinolones was the most sensitive to 85% ~100%, of which to ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, the sensitivity to be100%. Resistance to the penicillins was strong, the resistance rate was 73%~100%, but it was more sensitive to the third generation of the drug, and the Sulfa drugs resistance rate was 92%~100%.
