摘要
对实验组 1 53名进入儿科临床学习的五年制学生开展“以病床为单位的临床观察与思考”教学活动 ,结果表明 :实验组学生完全病历写作能力及病案分析能力明显强于对照组。此种教学活动有助于医学生临床实际工作能力及综合素质的全面提高 。
Executing clinic observing and thinking using sicked as unit to experimental group, the results show that the complete case history writting ability and clinic case analysis ability of experimental group were significantly better than contrast group. The teaching activity of clinic observing and thinking using sickbed as unit is a significantly useful method to improve clinic practical ability and synthesizing making of medico.
