Assessment on short-term teaching effect of evidence-based medicine

摘要 目的医学生循证医学短期课程教学的效果评估。方法对170名研究对象以班级为单位分配干预措施开展实验研究。结果实验组接受循证医学课程干预后,学生学习主动性增强,更多的学生能够通过主动学习解决临床实践中的问题(P<0.05),知识运用技能和信息检索技能也均有明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论循证医学教学的短期效果较好。 Objective: To evaluate the short - term effect of teaching program on evidence- based medicine. Design: Experimental study and develop intervention in various classes. Results : After the teaching program of evidence- based medicine, the students were much more active to solve their problems in clinical practice ( P 〈 0.05). Their 'ability to use evidence- based medicine principles and to search for the medical information was significantly improved ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The teaching program on evidence -based medicine was quite effective in short-term.
