开设生理学设计性实验以培养学生创新思维 被引量:6

摘要 目的在生理学实验教学中在保证学生基本操作能力训练的基础上开展学生设计性实验,对实验教学模式进行改革和探索,以提高教学质量和教学效果。方法选择2009、2010级预防医学专业本科生119名对其进行设计性实验的实施、问卷调查等。结果发放调查问卷119份,收回119份,回收率为100%,收回问卷全部有效。大部分学生认为设计性实验对查阅文献、团队协作、分析解决问题及论文撰写的能力有明显提高作用,对动手操作、综合应用、创新能力等也有不同程度的提升作用。绝大部分学生认为开设设计性实验课很有必要。结论开设设计性实验是实验教学改革的重要措施。通过设计性实验教学,有利于培养大学生科研、创新和实践动手能力,有效提高了教师与学生的积极性,不仅培养了学生创新精神,还起到教学相长的作用。 Objective To set the student′s designing experiment during the physiology experimental teaching on the basis of ensuring the training of student′s basic operating ability,and to reform and explore the experimentl teaching modes for remarkably increasing the teaching quality and effects.Methods 119 undergraduates of the preventive medicine specialty in grade 2009 and 2010 were selected and performed the questionnaire survey on the implementation of the designing experiment.Results 119 questionnaires were issued and 119 questionnaires were taken back with the recovery rate of 100%.The recovered questionnaires were valid.Most students thought that the designing experiment significantly increased the ability of consulting documents,teamwork collaboration,analyzing and solving problems,and increased the ability of hands-on,integrated application and innovation to different degrees.The vast majority of students thought that it is necessary to set the designing experiment course.Conclusion Setting the designing experiment course is a important measure of the experimental teaching reform,which is conducive to cultivate the college students,research capability,innovation and practical ability,effectively improve the enthusiasm both in teachers and students,not only cultivate the innovative spirit of students,but also play a mutual promoting role in teaching and studying.
