摘要
大学募款制度是大学在长期募款实践中逐步生成发展并始终加以遵循、不断完善的一系列信念、体系、规则、惯例、程序和行为规范系统。大学募款制度是美国大学治理系统的重要特征和"标签",从权力平衡、组织体系和共同治理机制等方面对美国大学治理结构发挥着不可替代的建构作用。它可以为我国优化大学内外部治理结构、完善现代大学制度提供新的思路。
The university fundraising system was gradually developed in the long-term fundraising practices,which was also a set of normative system constituted with believes,rules,routines,procedures and behavior that were abided and improved.The university fundraising system was the important characteristic and the ＂label＂ of American university governance system,which played the irreplaceable constructing roles in the governance power balance,organizational system and shared governance mechanisms.It could provide the new thinking approaches for improving the modern university systems and university governance structure in our country.
