中美大学校长知识背景的比较研究 被引量：17

A Comparative Study of the Knowledge Background between the University Presidents of China and Those of America

摘要 大学校长是大学的首席学术和管理领袖,是该大学的象征,对于大学的繁荣发展发挥着不可替代的重要作用。而大学校长的知识背景对校长个人的教育理念和办学实践又有着一定的影响作用。通过比较中美18所大学校长的知识背景,意在促进我国大学校长知识背景多元化的发展,使大学校长的教育背景更加全面,职业背景更加丰富,选拔出具有良好知识背景的现代大学校长。
