采用高效液相色谱法测定优吗多中顺式异构体的含量。色谱条件为 :Shim -packCLC -ODS柱 ,甲醇 -乙酸钠缓冲液 (50∶50 )为流动相 ,流速 :1 0ml min ,检测波长 2 71nm ,方法的精密度、线性关系和回收率均良好 ,本法方便、快捷。
A HPLC method for content determination of cis-isomer of tramadol were established. The column is Shim-pack CLC-ODS. The mobile phase is methanol-sodium acetate buffer (50∶50) and the flow rare is 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength is 271nm. The method has good precision, linear range, and recovery.
