摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定阿司匹林维生素C分散片中阿司匹林和维生素C的含量。方法使用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(5∶40∶55∶0.1)(用磷酸调pH至2.5),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果阿司匹林和维生素C的线性范围分别为101.12～505.60μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),60.46～302.30μg.mL-1(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为100.5%、99.2%,RSD分别为0.69%、0.55%。结论该方法快速、简便、灵敏,分离度好,其他成分无干扰,适用于控制产品质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aspirin and vitamin C in aspirin and vitamin C dispersible tablets.Methods The HPLC was conducted on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column with acetonitrile-methanol-0.01 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution-triethylamine（5：40：55：0.1）（adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid） as the mobile phase,the column temperature was 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results The linear ranges of aspirin and Vitamin C were 101.12-505.60 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,60.46-302.30 μg·mL-1（r=0.9997） respectively.The average recoveries were 100.5%（RSD= 0.69%） and 99.2%（RSD =0.55%） respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable to control product quality.
