摘要
目的构建经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术健康教育评价标准(下称健康教育评价标准),提供护理健康教育指引及质量检测工具。方法应用德尔菲法,对17名专家进行3轮问卷咨询,构建健康教育评价标准;对65例经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术患者(观察组)以健康教育评价标准作为指引进行健康教育和质量评价,与采用常规健康教育的56例患者(对照组)进行效果比较。结果健康教育评价标准包括一级指标3项、二级指标26项;观察组疾病知识知晓率和遵医率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论健康教育评价标准的构建与应用有利于提高健康教育效果。
Objective To build health education evaluation criteria for patients receiving holmium laser percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and to provide a guiding and quality testing tool for clinical health education. Methods We employed the Delphi method to consult 17 experts for 3 rounds and built health education evaluation criteria for patients receiving holmium laser percutaneous nephrolithotomy based on the consultation. Then the criteria were used as a reference and quality testing tool while nurses provided health education to 65 patients (the observation group) receiving holmium laser percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Another 56 patients (the control group) were given conventional health education without nurses' referencing the criteria. Results The health education evaluation criteria included 3 first level indicators and 26 second level indicators. The health education effect and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better and higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion Construc- tion of health education evaluation criteria for patients improves health education effect.
