健康教育评价指标应用于腹部手术病人健康教育的研究 被引量:34

摘要 目的 :提高腹部手术病人的护理健康教育效果和病人对健康教育的满意度。方法 :将 180例择期开腹手术病人随机分为对照组 (A组 )和实验组 (B组 ) ,对照组按传统方法进行健康教育 ,实验组参照腹部手术病人健康教育评价指标进行健康教育 ;采用评价指标项目表和健康教育满意度调查表 ,对两组病人进行健康教育的效果评价和满意度调查。结果 :实验组的健康教育效果明显高于对照组 (χ2 =2 39.6 4 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;实验组对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组 (98.2 %vs 87.2 5 % )。结论 :应用腹部手术病人健康教育评价指标对病人进行系统化、规范化的健康教育 ,可明显提高健康教育效果和病人对健康教育的满意度。 Objective :To improve the effects of health education (HE) of nursing and the degree of satisfaction on HE of those patients with abdomen operation.Methods:180 patients with picking-a-day abdomen operation were randomly divided into two groups (Group A, 80 cases ;Group B ,100 cases).In group A ,all patients received traditional HE .But in group B ,all patients were educated according to evaluating index of HE on patients with abdomen operation .The effects and the degree of satisfaction of HE were compared between group A and group B . Results :The effects of HE in group B were significantly better than those in group A (χ 2=239.64, P <0.001),and the degree of satisfaction on HE in group B was much higher than that in group A(98.2%vs 87.25%).Conclusions: Evaluating index of HE on patients with abdomen operation can be used as a standard to give these patients systematic and normalized HE .It can significance improve the effects and the degree of satisfaction on HE.
