摘要
针对高压开关用铝硅合金铸件品种多、批量小、质量要求高的特点,进行了高强度铝硅合金铸件铸造新工艺的研究。通过在铝硅合金中加入稀土合金,采用生产现场一次熔炼技术,使用自硬树脂砂制作铸造模具,在浇注系统中设置过滤网,采用倾转浇注工艺等措施,得到高强度的铝硅合金铸件。
Since the Al-Si alloy castings applied to high-voltage switch have the characters of various type, low production and high quality requirement, a new casting technique for high strength AI-Si alloy was studied. Results show that the high strength AI-Si alloy castings can be obtained by some methods, such as adding rare earth in the AI-Si alloy, adopting single smelting technology in production field, using no-bake resin to make casting mould, installing screen in the gating system, adopting tilting-type pouring system and so on.
