摘要
目的建立测定参芪养心滴丸中苦参碱含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(20∶80)(加三乙胺调pH至8.0);流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长220 nm,柱温35℃。结果苦参碱进样浓度在0.31~9.92μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率98.28%,RSD为1.66%(n=6)。结论该方法无干扰,准确,重复性良好,可作为参芪养心滴丸的质量控制方法。
ABSTRACT Objective To establish a method to determine matrine content in shenqiyangxin dropping pills. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to directly determine matrine on Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm) column. Acetonitril-0. 1% phosphoric acid (20 : 80) (adjusted to pH 8.0 by triethylamine) served as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and the temperature was 35℃. Results There was a good linearity within the range of 0.31-9.92μg·mL^-1 , r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery of matrine was 98.28% , and RSD was 1.66% (n= 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for shenqiyangxin dropping pills.
