摘要
目的:建立舒阴洗液中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水-三乙胺(3∶97∶0.2,用磷酸调pH 3.5),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm。结果:苦参碱在3.9～117.0μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.69%,RSD 1.84%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of matrine in Shuyin Lotion.Method：The matrine content was determined by HPLC on inertsil ODS-SP column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine（3∶ 97∶ 0.2,adjusted to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Result： Matrine was linear in range of 3.9-117.0 μg（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery was 101.69% with RSD of 1.84%（n =9）.Conclusion： The method is simple, quick and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Shuyin lotion.
