摘要
目的研究妇炎消阴道片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为乙腈-水(1 000 ml水加2 ml三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值至2.5)(5∶95),220 nm为测定波长,用外标法计算含量。结果苦参碱和氧化苦参碱分别在0.048 2～1.540 0μg和0.028 8～0.920 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论妇炎消阴道片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法快速、结果准确。
Objective To establish a content determination method of tetrahydropalmatine in fuyanxiao vaginal tablet.Methods HPLC method was adopted with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile-water（1 000 ml water mixed with 2 ml triethylamine and its pH adjusted to 2.5 by phosphoric acid）（5∶ 95） with the wavelength of 220 nm.The content was calculated by external standard method.Results In this condition,there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 0.048 2~1.540 0 μg for matrine and 0.028 8~0.920 0 μg for oxymatrine.Conclusion The content determination method is rapid with accurate results.
