摘要
目的观察心理干预对基层官兵心理健康的影响,为确保心理健康提供依据。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对某部官兵进行个性测定,定期对官兵进行心理干预,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在干预前后进行心理卫生状况调查。结果与全军常模比较,某部官兵EPQ的P分、N分较高,E分较低,差异有显著性(t=2.37,2.55,3.18;P<0.05或<0.01),L分差异无显著性(t=1.70,P>0.05)。心理干预前SCL-90各因子分及总分均较军人常模高,差异有显著性(t=5.24,P<0.05);干预后SCL-90除偏执外,其余各因子分与干预前比较明显降低,差异有显著性(t=3.36,P<0.05或<0.01),与军人常模比较无显著性差异(t=0.09,P>0.05)。结论某部官兵存在较多的心理问题,心理干预能有效提高官兵心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the impact of psychological intervention on mental health of basic unit officers and soldiers, and provide a basis for ensuring mental health. Methods Using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）to assess officers and sol- diers,psychological intervention was carried out for officers and soldiers on a regular basis,using Symptom Checklist 90（SCL--90） to assess officers and soldiers before and after the intervention. Results Compared with PLA norm,officers and soldiers had higher P points,N points and lower E points （t： 2.37,2.55,3.18;P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,L points difference was not statistically significant （t= 1.70,P〉0.05）. The SCL--90 factors scores and total score were higher than the soldiers norm before psychological interven- tion （t= 5.24 ,P〈0.05）;Exeept paranoia ,SCL--90 total score and other factors scores after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention（t= 3.36 ,P〈0.05） ,but no significant differences with the military norm（t= 0.09 ,P〉0.05）. Con- clusion There are a lot of psychological problems in officers and soldiers,psychological intervention can effectively improve the level of mental health of officers and soldiers.
