纳米氧化铈对小鼠肝肾功能的慢性影响 被引量:5

Survey of chronic effect of nano cerium oxide on hepatic and renal functions in mice

摘要 将健康成年雄性昆明小鼠50只,每组10只随机分组,设立阴性对照组、普通氧化铈组、不同剂量纳米氧化铈组。灌胃8周后检测相关指标。结果表明,肝GSH-Px、肾GSH-Px、ALT、BUN、Scr在部分组别发生改变(P<0.05),其他指标无明显改变(P>0.05)。提示纳米氧化铈经口染毒可引起肝肾功能损伤,其机制可能与氧化应激无关。
