摘要
奎硫平是最近在中国上市的新型非典型抗精神病药,由于其锥体外系 反应及催乳素升高等药物不良反应少的特点而倍受关注。但国内尚未见该药系 统的药代动力学描述。本文就奎硫平在人体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄的药代 动力学特征,年龄、性别、吸烟、肝肾功能损伤等因素对这些过程造成的影响 作一综述,并且就其与其他药物的相互作用作一描述。
Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic that has come into Chinese market recently. Almostly without extrapyramidal symptoms(EPSs) and prolactin increasing , it has been given more and more attention. This article reviews the pharmacokinetic characters of absorption , distribution, metabolism and excretion, the effects of age, gender, smoking, hepatic dysfunction and renal dysfunction on pharmacokinetics of quetiapine ,and then the drug interactions with other drugs.
