摘要
本文以硝酸铈为原料,草酸作为沉淀剂,乙醇和蒸馏水作为溶剂,用沉淀法制备前驱体草酸铈,经焙烧得到了CeO2粉末.XRD分析表明,当焙烧温度为300~800℃,焙烧时间为0.5~1.5h时均可以得到纳米晶CeO2,随着焙烧温度的提高,CeO2晶粒迅速长大,而延长焙烧时间对晶粒长大的作用较小.对于相同的焙烧工艺,采用乙醇作为溶剂制备的纳米CeO2晶粒较小.
Cerium oxide nanocrystallite particulates are prepared by calcinating precursor at 300~800℃ for 0. 5~1.5 h,with cerium nitrate used as raw material,oxalic acid as precipitator and ethanol and distilled water as solvent. Study shows that the size of crystallite gets larger with the rise of temperature, while the influence of protraction of calcination time seems less significant. The size of nanocrystallite is smaller when ethanol is used as solvent instead of distilled water.
