摘要
植物组织培养技术的应用,加速了园艺植物工厂化生产的进程。笔者从材料与设备、培养基的筛选与制备、组培部位的选择、接种、继代培养等多个方面概述了菊花的组织培养技术,旨在实现短期内菊花种苗的大量繁殖,推动菊花的工厂化生产。
The application of plant tissue culture technology accelerated the process of factory production about garden plant. In this paper, the tissue cuhure technology of Chrysanthemum were summarized from material, equipment, screening and preparation of culture medium, selection of tissue cuhure part, inoculation, subcuhure, and so on, in order to breed large number of seedlings in shorltime, and promote the factory production of Chrysanthemum.
