摘要
创新应用型人才培养是一项全局性、系统性的工作,实现从知识传授向重视能力和素质养成的转变,成为大多数高校推进教学和人才培养模式和机制改革的方向和重要途径。本文从转变教育观念、科学定位培养目标、深化培养体系、加强学科专业建设、完善培养途径、推进课堂教学模式改革等方面对创新应用型人才培养体系构建进行探索。
Cultivating talents with both innovative and practical abilities is a kind of overall and systematic work,involving changing our education from imparting knowledge to capacity and quality training. It is an important way for most colleges and universities to promote their teaching model and reform their mechanism. Some important aspects such as changing educational concepts,setting up scientific training objectives, deepening culture system,strengthening the construction of disciplines,improving cultivating ways,and reforming classroom models have been studied and discussed so as to improve the system and strategies for the new kind of talents training.
