摘要
阐述了直流接触器触头间电弧产生的原理,选取适合接触器的电弧电流衰减公式和电弧伏安特性公式,推导了电弧熄灭电流与电源电压和负载的关系。在阻性负载条件下进行试验,确定并修正了各表达式参数。利用Matlab/Simulink建立了直流接触器模型并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,此方法建立的模型可反映直流接触器触头电弧的基本特性。
This paper described the generation principle of contactor arc, and selected suitable arc current attenuation formula and arc volt-ampere characteristic formula, derived the relation between arc extinction current and source voltage. Experiments were carried out under resistive load conditions. Matlah/Simulink model of DC contactor was built. The simulation results show that the mode~ can reflect the basic characteristics of DC contactor arc.
