摘要
研究了直流电磁继电器触头分断时的电流变化规律,分析了直流电磁继电器分断电弧在电流呈线性衰减时所具有的特性,即电弧电导率保持相对稳定。根据该特性可将直流继电器分断电弧辐射等效为直导线天线辐射,并在该基础上建立了直流继电器电弧电磁辐射的数学模型。最后,对电弧电磁辐射模型进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,电路参数、触头材料、观测距离以及辐射波长等均会对电弧电磁辐射产生影响。其中,观测距离对电弧电磁辐射影响最大。
The change pattern of break arc current caused by DC electromagnetic relay was investigated. The characteristics of DC relay break arc were also analyzed. If the arc current was attenuated linearly,the conductivity of arc kept relatively stable. According to this characteristic,the arc radiation source could be equivalent to straight wire antenna radiation. Based on the above study,a mathematic model of break arc electromagnetic radiation with DC relay was set up. At last,a simulation of arc electromagnetic radiation was made. The result showed that many factors such as circuit parameters,contact material,observed range and the radiation wavelengths could effect arc electromagnetic radiation. Among them,the observed range was the most influential factor.
