不同参数条件下直流接触器电弧开断特性的仿真研究

摘要 直流接触器广泛应用于电路的分断、控制与保护之中。直流接触器电弧的开断特性对于其工作可靠性至关重要。论文基于磁流体动力学(MHD)理论,建立了耦合外电路的直流接触器二维电弧仿真模型,该模型综合考虑了外部负载电路、触头运动以及非均匀外部磁场等因素对接触器电弧特性的影响,仿真研究了直流接触器不同关键参数下电弧开断过程中的电流电压变化曲线以及温度场分布。仿真结果表明,触头分断速度越大,燃弧时间越短;灭弧室气压越大,燃弧时间越短;不同的灭弧介质作用下,氢气灭弧性能最优,不同比例的气体灭弧介质进行灭弧,氢气含量越高燃弧时间越短。实验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性。 DC contactors are widely used in the breaking,control and protection of electric circuit.The arc interruption characteristics of DC contactors is of great importance for its operating reliability.In this paper a two-dimensional arc simulation model of DC contactors based on the magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD)theory is set up,which comprehensively considers the influence of such factors as external load circuit,contact motion and uneven external magnetic field on the arc characteristic of contactors.The current-voltage variation curve and temperature field distribution during the arc interruption period of the DC contactor under different key parameters are simulated and studied.The simulation result shows that the higher the breaking speed of the contact,the shorter the arcing time.The higher the gas pressure in the interrupter,the shorter the arcing time.The best arc interruption performance of hydrogen under the action of different interrupting media is the best.In case of arc interruption with gas media with different ratio,the higher the contents of the hydrogen,the shorter the arcign time.The correctness of the simulation result is verified by the experimental result.
