摘要
批判性思维能力培养是高等学校人才培养重要目标之一。在众多影响批判性思维培养的要素中,育人理念、制度是较为关键的因素。高校人才培养规格、对知识继承、传播和创新的态度等育人理念与学生批判性思维能力培养密切相关。大学管理制度、工作制度直接影响学生批判性思维意识提升及行为选择。构建符合大学组织特性的育人理念,建立有效激发学生批判性思维意识、提升学生批判性思维能力培养的制度对培养创新性人才、实现大学育人的目标是当下大学的重要任务之一。
Critical thinking is an important part of talent-training in universities, and the idea and institution of university are key factors affecting students' critical thinking. Training specifications, attitude towards inheritance and creativity of knowl- edge, as part of the idea of university, are closely related to students' development of critical thinking. Also, the institutions of university management directly affect the improvement of students' critical consciousness and the choice of their behaviors, so one of university missions is to make new idea and establish new institution, which may facilitate students, critical conscious- ness and ability.
