摘要
目的:分析中医思维方式的基本特征并探讨其研究现状。方法:检索中医思维方式相关文献,整理后进行频次、年份相关的统计分析,并对其聚类和归类。结果:整理归纳出23种中医思维方式,频率排前三位的中医思维方式分别为象思维、整体思维、辨证思维,用聚类分析法将思维方式聚类为七类,同时参照定义和内涵将中医思维方式按照不同的分类依据归为七类。结论:①象思维、整体思维和辨证思维在中医思维方式中频次最高,其出现的年份也相对较早,在中医学习和临床中认可度和应用度都较高;②聚类分析结果反映出思维方式之间的一定关联性,每一类都有其不同的特点;③明确分类依据形成七大类思维方式分类,为以后的研究提供新的参考。
Objective:To analyze the basic characteristics of thinking mode of Traditional Chinese medicine and explore its research status.Methods:The literatures related to the way of thinking of TCM were searched and analyzed statistically in frequency and year,and the literatures were clustered and classified.Results:23 kinds of thinking modes of TCM were sorted out.The top three thinking modes in frequency were image thinking,holistic thinking and syndrome differentiation thinking.The mode of thinking was classified into 7 categories by cluster analysis.At the same time,according to the definition and connotation,the thinking mode of TCM is classified into 7 categories according to different classification basis.Conclusion:(1)The frequency of image thinking,holistic thinking and syndrome differentiation thinking is the highest among the modes of thinking in TCM,and the years of their emergence are relatively early,and their recognition and application are high in TCM learning and clinical practice.(2)Cluster analysis results show that there is a certain correlation between thinking styles,and each type has its own different characteristics.(3)Clear classification basis and form seven categories of thinking mode classification to provide new reference for future research.
