摘要
目的探讨学龄前儿童黏液囊肿手术的心理护理要点。方法收集学龄前儿童黏液囊肿手术10例的心理护理资料。结果经过做好心理护理,患儿主动配合,无哭闹,手术顺利,手术时间在10～15min,出血少。术后愈合良好。医生及家长对手术配合满意。结论学龄前儿童虽然年纪小,但经过良好的心理护理,是可以主动配合门诊手术室局部浸润麻醉下的黏液囊肿手术的。
Objective To study the preschool children mucocele operation psychological nursing. Methods The collection of preschool children mucocele operation in 10 patients with psychological care information. Results After good psychological care, children with the initiative, no crying, smooth operation, operation time is 10-15 minutes, less bleeding. Postoperative healing well. Doctors and parents on operation with satisfaction. Conclusion Preschool children although young, but after a good psychological nursing, can cooperate with local infiltration anesthesia in outpatient operation room under mucous cyst operation.
