摘要
目的对AECOPD合并左心衰竭心脏彩超与X线胸片表现特点进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取该院收治的AECOPD合并左心衰竭临床患者30例作为观察组,并抽取同期收治的AECOPD不合并左心衰患者30例作为对照组。对这两组患者均进行心脏彩超与X线胸片检查,然后对检查结果展开比较分析。结果观察组患者的心脏彩超表现为:有26例左室壁运动幅度减低伴或是不伴左室舒张功能减低,6例双室增大,14例左室增大,8例左房增大;X线胸片检查结果为:23例心胸比例增大,14例心影为主动脉型。结论心脏彩超与X线胸片联合对AECOPD合并左心衰竭进行诊断具有较高临床价值,值得推广。
Objective To AECOPD with left heart failure heart colour to exceed and X-ray chest radiography performance characteristics are discussed. Methods Random were our AECOPD with left heart failure patients with clinical 30 cases as the observation group, and extraction were not the same period AECOPD with left heart failure patients 30 cases as control group. The two groups patients for cardiac colour to exceed and X-ray chest X-ray examination, and then the test results on comparative analysis. Results Observation group patients heart colour to exceed performance： 26 cases of left ventricular wall motion amplitude reduction with or not with left ventricular diastolic function to decrease, double chamber increases the 6 cases, 14 cases of left ventricular increases, 8 cases of left atrial increase, X-ray chest radiography inspection result for： 23 cases of cardiothoracic ratio increases, give priority to arterial mental image of 14 patients with type. Conclusion The heart colour to exceed and X-ray chest X-ray combined AECOPD with left heart failure diagnosis with high chnical value, worthy of promotion.
