摘要
目的探讨心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月至2016年7月在医院的112例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象，为观察组与对照组，每组56例，对照组采用常规方法诊断，观察组采用心血管超声诊断，112例患者确诊为冠心病，分析观察组左右心室心肌综合指数（Tei）值、三尖瓣反流速度及肺动脉收缩压和诊断率情况。结果观察组检测的结果有8例患者Tei指数值正常，48例患者Tei指数值偏高；观察组诊断率为85．71％，对照组为60．71％，两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断的应用效果显著，其具有快速、无创和便捷的优点。
Objective To explore the application effect of cardiovascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Methods a total of 2014 may July 2016 in hospital of 112 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease as the research object, as the ob- servation group and the control group, 56 cases in each group, the control group uses the conventional method of diagnosis, observation group with cardiovascular ultrasound diagnosis, 112 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease （CHD）. Analysis observed groups of left and right ventricular myocardial performance index （TED value, tricuspid regurgitation velocity and pulmonary artery systolic pressure and diagnosis rate. Results in the observation group detection results of 8 cases of Tel index in patients with normal value, 48 patients with Tel index value is high; observation group diagnosis rate was 85.71%, 60.71% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the effect of cardiovascular ultrasound on the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases is remarkable, and it has the advantages of rapid, non-invasive and convenient.
