摘要
基于真实情境的教师驻校(驻园)培养模式,被称为教师教育的第三条道路。在培养高质量幼儿园教师目标的指引下,我们继开展了本科全实践课程教学改革之后。又探索了专业学位研究生的驻园培养模式。实践证明.驻园培养模式充分尊重了教师的生命成长规律。从而找到了中国教育体制下大学与幼儿园及地方政府在教师培养培训方面的共同兴奋点。这一培养模式具有鲜明的中国特色,有利于培养高水平的反思性教育实践者,从而实现幼儿园教师职前、职后教育的生态式融合。
The residency model of teacher education in reality situation is called "the third way of teacher education". In order to train highly qualified teachers, we, after the reform of "Whole Practice" programme for undergraduates, have developed a teacher education model for postgraduate professional degree. This model respects the nature of teacher development and finds the common interests among universities, local governments and kindergartens. This model, with obvious Chinese features, promotes the development of reflective teachers at high level and integrates the pre and post training for teachers.
