美国教师教育的第三条道路:教师培养的驻校模式 被引量:29

摘要 教师培养的驻校模式被称为美国教师教育的第三条道路。驻校模式由学区主办,其目的是为本学区培养教师,学区与大学、基金会形成伙伴关系;该模式的培养过程包括未来教师的录取与筛选、驻校学习与课程学习、入职指导与领导力形成;驻校模式注重理论与实践的整合,培养课程具有学区个性化特征,由经验教师承担大部分培养任务,使未来教师在中小学实践共同体中学习教学。该模式汲取了心理学和人类学的学习理论、文化回应性教学观、学术知识与实践者知识并重的教师教育认识论思想。
