奥巴马政府教师教育改革计划述评——基于《我们的未来,我们的教师》的文本分析 被引量:4

Review of The Obama Administration's Plan for Teacher Education Reform Based on the Text Analysis of Our Future,Our Teachers

摘要 当前美国教师教育既面临着严重的挑战也存在着巨大的机遇。奥巴马政府的教师教育改革将重点放到质量报告制度重构、项目资助体系完善以及少数民族师资培养等三个方面。此次改革计划呈现强调"证据"、推进"资助"、突出"见习"和关注"定向"等特点。 At present, there exist both serious challenges and enormous opportunities in American teacher education. Three aspects are emphasized in the Obama Administration's plan for teacher education reform, such as the reconstruction of teacher quality reporting requirements, the perfection of TEACH Grant program and the preparation of minority teacher. The main features of the plan are underlining "evidence", advancing "grant", highlighting "clinical- practice" and paying attention to "targeted".
